Heilemann produces exquisite chocolates, sumptuous pralines and beautifully designed hollow figures, each piece crafted with a lot of love and artisanal skill according to recipes handed down over generations. It goes without saying that we only use fresh, natural ingredients of select origin and quality. Our products also pay tribute to our home country and origins. Allgäu supplies our essential ingredients, fresh cream and delicious butter. It goes without saying that we use no preservatives at all. Our luxuriously creamy chocolates are made of pure cocoa butter. To fulfil these high quality requirements, continuous checking throughout the manufacturing process is absolutely essential. Our company is therefore monitored by independent institutions and annually certified according to the International Food Standard (IFS), the BRC Global Standard – Food (BRC)and Quality Management Standard DIN EN ISO 22000. We therefore satisfy all requirements in respect of food security and quality assurance.
